These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PetCareCard platform, memberships, cashback ecosystem, Member Credit, provider dashboard, discounts, rewards, and related services.
By using PetCareCard, creating an account, purchasing memberships, using cashback, Member Credit, discounts, provider offers, or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About PetCareCard
PetCareCard is a membership and pet care benefits platform operated by Bitway Information Technology L.L.C, connecting pet owners with participating clinics, pet shops, grooming centers, boarding facilities, daycare centers, and other providers.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, maintain account security, and comply with applicable UAE laws.
3. Account Registration
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account details and protecting login credentials. PetCareCard may suspend accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity.
4. Membership Plans
PetCareCard may offer free, paid, promotional, provider-specific, or subscription-based membership plans with varying benefits and eligibility conditions.
5. Discounts & Promotions
Discounts and promotional offers may vary by provider, service category, membership type, location, and campaign period. Certain services may be excluded.
6. Cashback & Rewards
Cashback may be credited as Member Credit for eligible transactions. Cashback is not guaranteed for every transaction and may be reversed in cases of refunds, fraud, misuse, disputes, or technical errors.
7. Member Credit
Member Credit is a closed-loop platform benefit usable only within the PetCareCard ecosystem with participating providers. It is not cash, a bank account, financial service, e-wallet, or money transfer service.
8. Payments & Platform Credit
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. PetCareCard does not directly provide regulated banking or financial services.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on transaction type, provider policy, platform rules, applicable law, and transaction status.
10. Provider Services
All veterinary, grooming, boarding, daycare, retail, and pet services are provided independently by participating providers.
11. Veterinary Disclaimer
PetCareCard is not a veterinary medical provider and does not guarantee treatment outcomes, provider performance, medical suitability, or emergency availability.
12. Provider Dashboard Terms
Providers must submit accurate billing details, follow platform rules, protect customer information, and avoid fraudulent or misleading activity.
13. Fraud & Verification
PetCareCard may investigate transactions, verify activity, suspend accounts, reverse cashback, or restrict access where fraud, duplication, abuse, or suspicious behavior is detected.
14. Platform Availability
Platform access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, payment provider downtime, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control.
15. Intellectual Property
All platform branding, designs, technology, workflows, software, and materials remain the property of Bitway Information Technology L.L.C unless otherwise stated.
16. Reviews & User Content
Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, receipts, or related content, provided such content is lawful, accurate, respectful, and compliant with these Terms.
17. Privacy & Data Protection
Use of PetCareCard is also governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE personal data protection regulations.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, PetCareCard and Bitway Information Technology L.L.C are not liable for provider performance, medical outcomes, payment interruptions, indirect losses, or related damages.
19. Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if users violate these Terms, misuse rewards or Member Credit, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes shall be subject to UAE jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
